Local delivery is free to Downton and the surrounding areas, including Redlynch, Fordingbridge, Alderbury, Nunton, Britford, Odstock and Salisbury. Just choose the free local delivery option at checkout.
National delivery costs just £5 (free for tasting boxes) for national mainland delivery within 5 working days, although if you order by Wednesday afternoon we'll always try and get your delivery to you in time for the weekend. If this isn't fast enough, we offer express delivery for £8 (free for tasting boxes), which will arrive within 2 to 3 working days, or alternatively get in touch before you place your order and we’ll try to help. Our standard cut-off time is 6pm, although we'll be flexible where we can.
For highlands, islands and remote areas, please contact us before ordering to check the cost and delivery timescales. Unlike most other retailers, we don't automatically add a fixed amount in our checkout process because quite often we find we can send your order with a courier who doesn't surcharge, however it may take a little longer. If you haven't contacted us before placing your order and a surcharge applies, we will inform you and you can decide if you still wish to go ahead.
Once your order has been despatched, you should hear from our courier and be able to rearrange the delivery day if it is not convenient. If the cardholder is not in to receive the delivery, our couriers will leave a card for you to rearrange your delivery for a more convenient time. Please be aware that couriers are instructed not to deliver to under 18’s and to ask for ID (No ID = No Delivery).
We pack your cider and perry carefully to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event your delivery is damaged, goes missing, or the courier is generally just being a pain, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help. If the courier attempts to deliver you a damaged box then please refuse the delivery, or if this is not possible then please take a pic of the damage on your smartphone and send it to us.
