Hecks Port Wine of Glastonbury is a traditional-style, medium-sweet single variety cider with a light effervescence and lemony tones.
The fruit for Hecks Cider is gathered locally from unsprayed orchards around Street and Glastonbury Tor. At harvest-time, fruit is gathered and then pressed behind the farm shop, before being allows to ferment using natual wild yeasts and given plenty of time to mature in oak vats.
