Monnow Valley Cider is a small producer based near Pontypool in South East Wales that makes award-winning, small-batch, full-juice cider and perry. They use hand-picked fruit from unsprayed, low-intensity orchards containing rare varieties, which they help manage and restore. They follow a natural approach to making cider and perry, with minimal intervention and avoiding additives.
