A smokey blend of two unique oak fermented barrels of Ball's Bittersweet. The cider is mature and complex, filled with rich tannins and has a gorgeous soft texture, as a result of malolactic fermentation.
The Johnson family have made craft cider and perry at Broome Farm since the 1930's and have won a plethora of awards, including BBC Food and Farming Winner 2019.
Kayleigh and Chris tried this cider at Explorers HQ in June 2020. Lightly sparkling, it is very smooth, with an off-dry taste with a hint of smokiness.
