Ross on Wye & Nightingale Collaboration Dabinett & Bramley Oak Cask Cider 2019 is half Herefordshire Dabinett fermented in oak, blended with Kentish Bramley.

A joining of worlds. Ross on Wye’s Dabinett, fermented in Kentucky oak barrels, with its aromatic vanilla, gentle and complex tannins, melded with Nightingale’s Bramley, with bracing acidity and delicious green sourness. They tried many blends, but this one tells a story of East and West, of Kentish and Herefordian cidermaking.

The Johnson family has made craft cider and perry at Broome Farm in Herefordshire since the 1930s and have won a plethora of awards, including BBC Food and Farming Winner 2019. Nightingale Cider is based at Gibbet Oak Farm in Kent and the family has been growing apples for generations. Since releasing their first bottled ciders in 2013, they have become renowned for the quality of their modern-style Kentish cider and perry.
