Woodredding Oaky Meadow is a traditional style, still dry cider that has been been infused with oak chippings. It contains a blend of Yarlington Mill, Dabinett and Vilberie. It is named after a magnificent oak tree that has stood in Oaky Meadow for many generations, providing a habitat for thousands of creatures and providing shelter for the sheep and cattle that graze in that field.
The cider apples for Oaky Meadow come from unsprayed trees on Woodredding Farm. When the fruit is ripe, it is then gathered, milled and pressed on-site, before being allowed a lengthy period to ferment and mature using natural yeasts. The deep golden amber coloured cider within the bottle is completely natural, with no artificial enhancements.
